Regional Sales Manager – Asia Pacific - Medical Technology

Job description

A new international leadership opportunity is now open in the Medical Technology sector. We are searching for a REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - ASIA PACIFIC to accelerate commercial expansion and regional performance.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the Global Commercial Director, the Regional Sales Manager will take full ownership of business performance across Asia Pacific.

The role combines strategic vision, distributor governance, and operational execution in a complex and multicultural region.

The position requires strong autonomy, business acumen, and the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the regional commercial strategy
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance targets
• Monitor KPIs, margins, and sales pipeline development
• Lead and develop distributor partnerships across the region
• Negotiate commercial agreements and oversee governance models
• Coordinate regional sales and technical resources
• Provide structured market feedback and contribute to strategic decisions
• The role plays a key part in long-term regional expansion and may support future investment or subsidiary development initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

• Solid experience in medical equipment, healthcare technology, or B2B technical solutions
• Proven track record managing distributor networks across Asia Pacific
• Experience leading multicultural teams and complex regions
• Strong capabilities in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution

Fluent English required.

Availability to travel within the region as needed.
