Our Client is a Multinational Company leader in the Consumer market, on its behalf we are looking for a 

Regional Manager – Retail 

Mission of the position: As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations, the staffing, the performance and the P&L within a specific Region.  The position will report directly to the Managing Director and manages a team of Districts Managers.

Responsibilities: 

  • Create and execute sales plans in the region to reach revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Implements regional sales and marketing promotions to meet short- and long-term retail sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing team for the planning of large events
  • Analyze sales data to spot trends and opportunities.
  • Manage multiple District Managers within a geographic region to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Adjusts retail sales goals and procedures for each District based on goals set for the whole region.
  • Monitor Labour Costs at store level detail to define targeted action plans for labour cost reduction or optimization
  • Lead and motivate a team to meet sales goals.
  • Maintains knowledge of market, competition, and best practices and trends in sales techniques and strategies.
  • Organize and implement training programs for staff in the entire Region.
  • Ensure all retail locations follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

  Education/skills: 

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Proven experience as a Retail Sales Manager, preferably in a regional or multi-store context.
  • Exceptional leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven history of meeting and surpassing targets.
  • Profound knowledge of the retail industry, market trends, and customer behavior.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving aptitude for identifying sales opportunities and crafting effective strategies.
