Senior Consultant Artemis – Head Hunter

The role is instrumental to our business. Your activities ensure that our industry knowledge is current, accurate and a step ahead of the market. Your mission is to be a constant point of reference for our clients and candidates, providing them with strategic advisory due to strong knowledge and understanding of the market.

Main Responsibility and Activity:

• Defining and drafting the research projects
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from green field, sourcing strategy to global client management
• Arranging and directly participating in business development activities
• Briefing with clients to define the desired profile
• Managing the search process through direct search, company's database, job ads, etc.
• Head hunting: utilize the different channels, internet and in the field, to identify the best professionals on the market
• Writing and placing ads; Curricula screening
• Telephone interviews and selection interviews, managed in English language as well
• Managing client’s relationship in all the selection steps
• Drafting progress reports, organizational charts, candidate confidential reports and candidate short lists for clients
• Supporting candidates in the negotiations with the client company until the final dealing
• Recurrent follow-up with hired candidates

 Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter/Head Hunter in an international context
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based)
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, face to face interviews reference check)
• Italian - mother tongue or fluent
• English – fluent (it is a must)
