HR Manager/ HR Senior Business Partner – Culture & Change Management

Job description

Our client is a leading global player in the IT services industry, with presence in over 50 countries. We are looking for a HR Manager/ HR Senior Business Partner – Culture & Change Management to play a critical role in managing the growth and the organizational transformation in Italy.He/she will deliver HR strategy, initiatives and programs to the organization and will bring support in the areas of talent, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness and change management.The position reports directly to the Head of Human Resources - Italy Responsibilities:

  • People caring in order to maximize attraction and retention
  • Talent & Performance, Culture & Engagement and talent acquisition programs
  • Support internal customers, in analyzing current organizational structure and its consistency with business strategy
  • Support main transformational initiatives leveraging on internal communication and change management tools
  • Design and drive a cultural transformation to instill an outward/consumer focus
  • Apply a structured methodology and guide change management activities
  • Manage the internal communication inspired to inclusion and wellbeing
  • Support communication, development and training efforts: provide input and support the design and delivery of change management programs
  • Support to implement an appropriate performance management process

Required skills:

  • About 10 years of experience in HR Business Partner role in structured international companies
  • Skilled in managing organizational design issues or organizational change projects, e.g. merge, acquisitions
  • Ability to work in structured way, setting clear goals and monitoring results
  • Ability to organize activities/tasks and to manage initiative involving many stakeholders
  • Good understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools
  • Effective facilitation and influencing skills
  • Good listening and communications skills combined with conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English, nice to have a good level of Spanish
