Job description

Our Client is a Multinational Company leader in the Retail business, on its behalf we are looking for  a Senior HR Business Partner Retail 

The position will be part of  HR Italy Dept and plays an active role within the Global HR Network and will report directly to the Head of HR Retail

Mission of the position 

The Senior HR Business Partner Retail supports the growth of Retail Business covering all aspects of people management with end to end responsibilities aligned with the Retail business initiatives

Responsibilities

Partner with managers to identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, structure and processes

Support change management enabling the growth & development of our people and our business

Lead key projects to increase efficiency, productivity and cost saving

Support managers in the Performance and Talent Management

Maintain and periodically review compensation & benefits practices to ensure employee motivation and retention

Support and assist managers with conflict resolution and disciplinary actions management

Deliver training and other development programs according to Company's priority

Manage the recruitment processes at all the levels

Take care and support the definition of Italy Incentive System Plan or special Retail Contest

Ensure compliance with employment policies and local laws

Promote and ensure the respect of standardized HR processes and policies

Education/skill

Master Degree in Business or HR equivalent

Good verbal and written communications skills in English

Available to travel across Italy (around 25-30% of the time)

About 7 years HR experience in Retail International organization, a previous experience in Companies leader in the Retail Business is a must 

Strong leadership, results driven approach, strategic thinking and hands-on mentality

Proactive, data-driven, takes initiative, able to multi-task and prioritize without close supervision

Strong project management skills

Resilient, flexible and able to cope well with change
