Site & Operations Manager - Settore Medical Devices

Job description

On behalf of an industrial company specializing in the development and manufacturing of medical devices, part of an established international group, we are seeking a Site & Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the site's day-to-day operations.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and smooth running of site operations, coordinating the various operational functions, optimizing processes, and achieving productivity, quality, and service objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating manufacturing activities and related planning, procurement, and logistics processes.
• Overseeing workforce organization, fostering collaboration and integration across different business functions.
• Monitoring operational KPIs, costs, productivity, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Driving efficiency initiatives, continuous improvement, and industrial process optimization.
• Working closely with Technical, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs functions to ensure process and product compliance.
• Supporting industrialization projects, technological innovation, and organizational development.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for professionals with solid experience in Operations Management within medium-sized manufacturing companies, who have held responsibilities involving the coordination of people, production processes, and operational functions.

Experience in the medical devices industry, precision engineering and micromechanics, or other industrial environments characterized by high quality and technological standards will be considered an advantage.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and management skills, a results-driven mindset, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to combine a broad operational perspective with a hands-on approach.
