For an international company operating in the Medical sector, we are looking for a Global Sales Director to join the global commercial organization.

Mission

The position is part of an organizational evolution phase and will aim to support the coordination of international commercial activities and the global distribution network, contributing to market development and the achievement of business objectives.

The role will support the evolution of the international commercial model, fostering stronger integration between local markets, regional management, and the global organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of international commercial activities and support to Regional Sales Managers

  • Oversight of key commercial dynamics and sales processes

  • Support in managing forecasting, pricing, margins, and commercial policies

  • Coordination of relationships between the commercial organization, distributors, and internal functions

  • Participation in projects related to international market development and distribution network evolution

  • Involvement in cross-functional coordination and global commercial development initiatives

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, and has gained significant experience in international commercial roles within structured organizations characterized by complex distribution networks, multi-market environments, and strong interaction between global functions and local operations.

We will exclusively consider candidates with a background in the medical sector, ideally within international B2B environments involving dealer and distributor networks, multicountry sales organizations, and complex commercial operations.

The role requires strong managerial and interpersonal skills, international commercial vision, operational mindset, leadership, results orientation, and willingness to travel frequently on an international basis.

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of an additional language will be considered a plus.
