Head of People & Culture

Objectives

Reporting directly to the Chief People, Culture & Sustainability Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and continuously enhancing the company’s key people management and development processes, contributing significantly to the definition and execution of its organizational and cultural agenda.

The role encompasses responsibility for Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Reward & Incentive Systems, as well as Health & Safety, Employee Wellbeing, and Organizational Climate initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee, in close collaboration with senior leadership, the company’s core people management and development processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities
  • Manage, develop, and support the team responsible for Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Health & Safety, and Employee Wellbeing activities
  • Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes, ensuring effectiveness, quality, and responsiveness to organizational needs
  • Design, implement, and continuously evolve performance management processes and incentive systems, supporting managers in the development and performance of their teams
  • Develop and promote structured initiatives aimed at enhancing employee wellbeing, organizational climate, and engagement
  • Oversee Health & Safety programs in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies
  • Lead and actively contribute to organizational transformation and cultural change initiatives, supporting the ongoing evolution of the company’s operating model
  • Contribute to the definition of HR policies and monitor key people metrics related to performance, onboarding, retention, and engagement
  • Collaborate with the relevant functions on personnel administration activities

Requirements

  • Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in senior Human Resources leadership roles
  • Significant experience across Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Organizational Climate, Health & Safety, and Change Management
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Strong ability to engage with senior management and interpret organizational dynamics
  • Previous exposure to personnel administration processes will be considered an advantage
