Job description
For a leading multinational consumer products corporation, we are looking for a:
Industrial HR Business Partner
Mission:
Responding directly to the Business Unit HR Director, the Role act as the point of reference for the entire population of 3 main areas: Plant, Production, Supply Chain, Project Mgmt distributed among several production sites in Italy and the Head Office.He/She will ensure the employee life cycle activities for the population in scope and will promote employee wellness, creating a positive work environment that emphasizes employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall success.
Key Activities:
Coordinates and supports the following processes: Employee Relations and HR Operations
- Manages the Trade Unions relationship of the sites in close coordination with Business Unit HR Director
- Ensures that local HR data are up to date and provides report on Key HR metrics for business evaluations
- Supports managers and supervisors in people management topics as performance management, grievance, and disciplinary procedures
Performance & Talent Management
- Coordinates the Performance Management process (procedures, templates, timelines, …)
- Supports managers in the management of talents
Recruiting & training
- Collects Organization’s recruitment needs. Ensures the correct answer to recruitment needs managing the entire selection and recruitment process
- Drafts employment contracts and negotiates the offer until managers’ level
- Supports managers in the training needs’ analysis to determine local training requirements
Requirements:
- University Degree HR Qualification
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Almost 8 years of experience in Multinational companies (FMCG / Manufacturing preferred)
- Experience of operating in a continuous process improvement environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation capability
- Strong people and project management skills
