Our client is a new leading innovative payment platform. Within their growth project and construction of the organizational structure, we are looking for the

Finance Manager

who has the mission to supervise all financial tasks of the company and ensure the beneficial use of the capital and resources.His/her main responsibilities include creating forecasting models, assessing risk in investments and ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations.To be successful in this role, the candidate should have experience crafting financial strategies and managing accounting teams.Ultimately, he/she will maintain the company’s financial health and increase profitability in the long run.

As a key strategic leader reporting to the General Manager, the person covering the role will:

• Assist with the development and delivery of regular and timely financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Build financial models, analyze new trends and initiatives, perform ad-hoc modeling.
• Perform account analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and all subsidiary ledgers.
• Deal with institutional stakeholders (regulators, investors etc).

Requested skills:

• +7 years of progressively responsible experience in your role
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Insatiable passion for finance, fintech, payments
• Precision and diligence• Good communication skills, both in English and Italian
• Good expertise with Excel or Sheets
• You are able to work very independently, as well as interact with other internal and external teams
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related Finance discipline
