C&B/HRIS Manager 

General description of the Role:

We are looking for a compensation and benefits manager to plan and oversee the company's compensation and benefits programs. You will be responsible for reviewing and modifying existing programs, ensuring these comply with current legislation, supporting the recruitment process, and managing day-to-day compensation and benefits-related activities.

To be successful as a compensation and benefits manager, you should be able to develop competitive and cost-efficient programs that will assist with employee retention and attract top talent. A top-notch candidate should have extensive experience leading compensation and benefits programs, along with excellent decision-making skills. 

Main responsibility/activities:

  • Plan and coordinate a company's compensation plans and benefit packages
  • Analyze data on wages and salaries and the cost of benefits, and assess and devise programs that best fit an organization and its employees
  • Work closely with the Human Resources department, review and update existing benefit and compensation-related policies, and ensure these comply with current legislation
  • Supporting the HR team with recruitment and talent management activities
  • preparing budgets, reports, and presentations
  • Responsible for data collection for the preparation of personnel costs
  • Experience in organizational projects is also well appreciated

 Professional background:

  • At least 5/8 years of experience as a compensation and benefits manager or in a related role
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software
  • Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels
  • Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems
  • Familiarity with labor legislation
  • Experience with employee satisfaction surveys
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong people and project management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to read the “data” in a business view
