Treasury Manager

Our client is a Leading Global Industrial Group, on its behalf we are looking for the

Treasury Manager

reporting directly to the Group Finance & Treasury Director and managing a team of 3 people..

Mission of the position:

  • The position will be responsible to coordinate the different Group Treasury activities, which refer all companies of the four Regions at global level (North America, Asia, Europe and Middle East) ensuring the management and operative coordination of central Treasury with focus on Cash management and Hedging.

   Responsibilities and Activities:

  • Daily management of liquidity and payments
  • Warranty of necessary financial coverage based on a cash concentration principle and supported by a cash pooling tool for the main subsidiaries
  • Relationship with credit institutions
  • Arrangement and sharing of short and midterm plans to allow to have control on the money flow
  • Audit and control of bank condition about execution of transaction within existing contracts and framework agreements
  • Responsibility of correct execution of Operative Treasury activities: analysis and reconciliation of bank accounts, operational management of incoming and outgoing bank movements and their accounting, financial statement drawing up, analysis of exposures for derivative transactions
  • Risk Management: risk management of foreign exchange and commodities through derivatives transactions trading
  • Define & implement optimized hedging strategies for the group
  • Active role on some projects of process improvement concerning cash pooling tools, implementation of treasury application, development of automatic processes for management and accounting of derivatives and implementation of a payment factory


  • Degree in economics or similar
  • Good English knowledge
  • Very good computer skills, familiarity with treasury management software (eg. SAP, Kyriba, Bloomberg). Knowledge of Alteryx, Power BI is a plus

  • Multiannual experiences in similar position gained in international contexts for structured companies in industrial, construction or working to order companies
