Our customer is a leading Italian manufacturer of sustainable high-end hair and skin care products dedicated to the selective and professional markets, with a massive international presence.

On its behalf, we are looking for a:

Senior Technical Marketing Specialist

Responding to the Technical Marketing Manager, this new position will contribute to the creation of effective, innovative and outstanding products offering consumers an exclusive experience consistent with the Brand and its sustainable values.

Main Tasks:

• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing and Education to guarantee and monitor the various stages of technical product development
• Plan and define the product evaluation strategy to enhance performance and ensure a high degree of sensoriality
• Analyse sensory and performance test data to support product development
• Adapt the level of science-based product information to satisfy differentiated communication and promotion channels (training classes, seminars, Digital, press)
• Analyse the market and suggest new scientific communication strategies to position and enhance the products and the brand
• Create a trusted network with international salons, stylists and trainers

 Past Experiences:

• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role by hair care producers / brands, possibly in multinational and industrial contexts
• Having attended specialized training courses in the field will be a plus

Requirements:

• Master's degree in CTF, Chemistry or Biology
• Excellent knowledge of the office package, in particular Excel
• Deep and concrete attitude for human contacts and teamwork, problem solving attitude and excellent communication skills
• High analytical skills and flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changes
• Passion for the cosmetic sector
• Predisposition to speak in public
• Fluent in English
