Our client is a Dutch, Non-Food, FMCG Multinational Company. On its behalf we are looking for the:
Sales Manager Italy
- Reporting to International Business Unit Manager
- Managing of 4
Key responsabilities:
- Responsible for defining strategy and delivery actions to develop the Italian market, by preparing and selling a category growth plan
- Responsible for company turnover, profitability and quality level
- Responsible to manage the Italian team of 5 people
- Responsible for negotiation and management with all Italian buying groups (Food retailers and drug stores)
Profile:
- About 10 Years of Sales Experience (included National Key Account Manager)
- Good knowledge of the Italian FMCG distribution context
- Structured in Thinking and accountable
- Strong Business Development and Sell Out Culture
- Master degree in Economics or equivalent
- English fluent
