Account Executive Commercial & Distribution - ICT Consulting
Job description
For the Italian Headquarter of a prestigious consulting company we are looking for an Account Executive Commercial Sector with responsibility for business development, margins and quality control of the services provided to a variable number of customers assigned. The successful candidate will work to enhance the performance of the company in the Distribution & Consumer Goods market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of the Commercial Market client portfolio represented by FMCG and Retail Food Companies with P&L responsibility
- Commercial Offer design
- Contribution to the development of the target market offering
- Account plan
- Responsibility for revenues, margin and backlog
- Identification of opportunities (services and solutions)
- Management and improvement of business relationships with the customer, as the main point of contact
- Monitoring of customer satisfaction level
- Management of the client experience
- Conducting negotiations
- Carry out presentations (in concert with the various Business Service Lines)
Expertise:
- Degree level qualified
- Ideally/ Preferably 10 years of experience both in IT consulting and/or system integration companies with experience in FMCG and Retail Food markets
- Extensive experience in leading large-scale IT transformation programs and related budget
- Expertise in managing multi-disciplinary and international IT teams
- English – good

- Relationship-building skills and strong leadership
- Aanalytical, organizational and problem-solving skills are an absolute prerequisite
The position is based in: Milan, with high availability to travel is needed
