Plant HR Manager - Manufacturing

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is looking for the 

Plant HR Manager 

Reporting to the Plant Manager and working closely with the Regional HR Director, the Plant HR Manager will be a key player within the Plant Team providing hands-on support and improving the target performance, budget and related kpis. 

The scope of the Role: 

  • Manage plant recruiting processes as per company procedures
  • Manage industrial relations and hold an active role in negotiations with internal unions representatives
  • Continuous improvement pillar specialist for people development (planning and roll out)
  • Oversee plan succession and monitor time & attendance
  • Identify training needs across the organization
  • Manage the Communication processes and tools
  • Study and analyze trends and identify areas of potential process/policy/tool improvement, driving continuous improvement initiatives

Essential requirements: 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in generalist role in a manufacturing environment
  • Able to develop strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders within the organization
  • Highly collaborative style. Willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task and exercise independent judgement
  • Action and detail oriented and a drive for results
  • Standard computer skills
  • Fluent in English
