For a prestigious international Consulting Firm we are looking for the Manager Pricing and Omnichannel Transformation
Key Accontabilities:
- Pricing Models and Pricing Strategy design and Pricing Solutions implementation.
- Commercial Offer design and Product Catalog solution's Implementation.
- Omni-channel Sales Processes design and omni-channel sales platforms implementation.
- Customer profiling and customer segmentation models.
- Digital Customer Experience and CRM implementation.
- Customer Care business models through Digital Channels (Chat, Video, VoIP) design and implementation.
- Digital processes Transformation.
The successful candidate will have a mindset to proactively and energetically work to enhance the performance of the company in the financial market.
Expertise
- Degree level qualified
- Ideally/ Preferably 8 years of experience both in consulting and financial services companies or in industries with a deep pricing culture
- Extensive experience in leading large-scale IT transformation programs and related budget
- Expertise in managing multi-disciplinary IT teams
- Experience leading multi-site, multi-system IT service and teams
- Experience in start up and/or growth environment preferable
- Interpersonal/communication skills to present at senior management
- Fluent in English
