For a prestigious international Consulting Firm we are looking for the Manager Pricing and Omnichannel Transformation

Key Accontabilities:

  • Pricing Models and Pricing Strategy design and Pricing Solutions implementation.

  • Commercial Offer design and Product Catalog solution's Implementation.

  • Omni-channel Sales Processes design and omni-channel sales platforms implementation.

  • Customer profiling and customer segmentation models.

  • Digital Customer Experience and CRM implementation.

  • Customer Care business models through Digital Channels (Chat, Video, VoIP) design and implementation.

  • Digital processes Transformation.

The successful candidate will have a mindset to proactively and energetically work to enhance the performance of the company in the financial market.

Expertise 

  • Degree level qualified

  • Ideally/ Preferably 8 years of experience both in consulting and financial services companies or in industries with a deep pricing culture

  • Extensive experience in leading large-scale IT transformation programs and related budget

  • Expertise in managing multi-disciplinary IT teams

  • Experience leading multi-site, multi-system IT service and teams

  • Experience in start up and/or growth environment preferable

  • Interpersonal/communication skills to present at senior management

  • Fluent in English
