High End Sales Training - Luxury

For the Headquarter of a Prestigious Luxury Company, we are looking for the Retail Sales Training Manager Luxury

Mission:

The Retail Training Manager will be responsible for the design, planning and deployment coordination of the sales training strategy of a luxury brand in order to maximize sales productivity. Our candidate has an analytical approach to sales training, combines quantitative/sales analysis with training passion.  

Main Accountabilities:

  • Define the sales training strategy, design and overall planning

  • Define quantitative and qualitative KPI’S in order to measure the impact in terms of sell in and sell out of the training actions

  • Coordinate the deployment by field trainers

  • Deal with suppliers of training materials to check the final module to be delivered in the right platform

  • Work with the manager in the training budget definition for the area of reference and ensure its control

  • Collect feedback from local field trainer in the markets to identify the training needs and suggest improvements on the trainings tools

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics or maths

  • 3 to 5 years of marketing and trade/sales experience, preferably in the luxury/cosmetics-goods industry

  • 3 to 5 years of involvement in sales training strategy projects

  • Fluent in English (Italian is a plus)

  • Strong analytical skills
