HR Business Partner - Global Functions - Retail

Job description

Our Client is a Multinational Company leader in the Consumer market, on its behalf we are looking for an HR Business Partner who will manage one Junior HR Business Partner and report directly to the Chief HR Officer.

Mission of the position

Provide both strategic and tactical expertise in all aspects of Human Resources, including Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, for the Global Functions of the Company

Promote and ensure policies and processes that support the Company HR strategy and objectives

Responsibilities

Be a trusted partner to the Line Managers for the full spectrum of HR topics, Development, Performance & Talent Management, Compensation & Benefit, for the following functions: IT, Finance, Legal, Sourcing, Procurement, Marketing & Communication, e-Commerce, Quality, Operation, Supply Chain, Costructio

Coach and build the capability of senior managers to anticipate and pre-empt organisational issues.

Support change management on initiatives including talent reviews, performance management, learning & development, and overall process improvements.

Manage all the initiatives to drive individual and team performanceLead key projects to increase efficiency, productivity and cost saving.

Ensure compliance with employment policies and local law.

Promote and ensure the respect of standardized HR processes and policies

Education/skills

Bachelor or Master’s DegreeFluent in English

5 -7 ys of experience within HR, the experience should include 2+ years of HR Advisory or business partnering

Able to develop strong relationships and influence and challenge a wide range of stakeholders within the organization

Previous experience in a complex international environment

Highly collaborative style.

Willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teams

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task and exercise independent judgement

Ability to effectively work with ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Action and detail oriented and a drive for results

Sound judgment and discretion

Able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

Strong presentation and facilitation skill
