Facility Manager Northern Italy - Retail

Job description

Our Client is a leading Multinational Company with presence all across Europe.The Facility Manager will be responsible for the office facility activities at Regional level. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the contractors and related agreements
  • Ensure Cost optimization and analysis
  • Plan and manage ordinary, extraordinary activities and interventions related to maintenance operations
  • Deliver and sustain the facility standards
  • Ensure Quality control of the commissioned works and services
  • Monitor and guarantee buildings conditions through periodic inspections
  • Ensure standards for Safety and Regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • About 5 years of experience in facility management
  • Master’s Degree in engineering building or civil or mechanical
  • Knowledge of contract management and negotiation
  • Technical leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Dynamism and flexibility skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Team management skills
  • Used to work in high-pressure and challenging environments
  • Available to territorial mobility (Northern Italy) and willing to relocate
  • Good knowledge of English
