Facility Manager Northern Italy - Retail
Job description
Our Client is a leading Multinational Company with presence all across Europe.The Facility Manager will be responsible for the office facility activities at Regional level.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the contractors and related agreements
- Ensure Cost optimization and analysis
- Plan and manage ordinary, extraordinary activities and interventions related to maintenance operations
- Deliver and sustain the facility standards
- Ensure Quality control of the commissioned works and services
- Monitor and guarantee buildings conditions through periodic inspections
- Ensure standards for Safety and Regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- About 5 years of experience in facility management
- Master’s Degree in engineering building or civil or mechanical
- Knowledge of contract management and negotiation
- Technical leadership and problem-solving skills
- Project Management skills
- Dynamism and flexibility skills
- Ability to work independently
- Team management skills
- Used to work in high-pressure and challenging environments
- Available to territorial mobility (Northern Italy) and willing to relocate
- Good knowledge of English
