Job description
For a Consumer Multinational Company we are looking for Finance & Operation Manager
Position Overview:Responsibility for Finance, Accounting function (Statutory and Reporting), Planning, Tax, Account Payables, Account Receivables, Credit Management, Legal and Payroll.
Key Responsabilities:
Finance & Administration:
- Analysis of the accounting records of the first known settlement statements, income and related reporting assets
- Analysis of costs and tax deductibility
- Preparation of tax compliance (e.g. Intrastat, VAT documents, etc.)
- Coordination of relations with tax companies and auditing firm
- Management of the daily accounting and administrative issues
- Drafting statutory / IFRS and consolidated financial statements
- Provide business partnering and decision support to Commercial sales, Supply chain, and marketing teams to drive top and bottom line growth for the company
- Assure correct bookkeeping and controlling
- Monthly + yearly closings and collaboration with auditors
- Explanation of variances to prior year, prior forecast and plan and offer solution/corrective action
- Reporting to HQ, budgeting process
- Commercial evaluation, pricing and value of new products, contract renewal, product costing and deal evaluation DCF and ROI
- Establish mechanisms of constant improvements of cost balance and efficiency, implement and follow-up these processes
Legal:
- Management of the internal and external experts to ensure that contracts and the appropriate documentations are held
Procurement:
- Ensures that order capture, fulfilment and invoicing processes are followed and that accounts receivables are managed in line with the company targets.
- In co-operation with Head of Sourcing he/she will manage the purchasing planning
Human Resources:
- Payroll management with external suppliers
- Control of headcount and reporting to HQ
Competencies/Skills
- About 10 years’ experience with track record in Finance/Controlling Department in a multi-national/global environment. The experience of the regulatory market is preferred
- High degree of independence within agreed policies, high problem solving and generally full collaboration with the other functions (local and international) are required
- Clear orientation to results, 360-degree view of the company and its different departments
- Ability to independently conduct analysis and propose improvements
- Experience in manage and motivate a team of professionals in charge
- University Degree in Economics
- Qualification preferred: Chartered Certified Accountant
- Fluent English – written and spoken, the language will be used on daily basis
Working relationship: The position reports directly to the Country Head and will manage 2 administrative resources
