Our Client is a retail multinational company. We are looking for the Employer Branding, Reputation and Engagement Responsible for Italy.

Within the retail company HR team, the person will be in charge of:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent acquisition and Sourcing strategy: define and promote a multichannel approach, to boost a consistent employer brand across all candidates’ touchpoints and to sustain a very challenging hiring plan, Social media content strategy and marketing campaigns: develop and coordinate Sourcing Social Media calendar, based on pipeline hiring needs; run Facebook/Social ads campaign; content management for targeted people (both employee and alumni community, external targeted people to hire and internal employees)

  • Employee and External Communities engagement, online and offline

  • Talent Attraction actions to be recognized as an employer of choice for prospective candidates

  • Company Reputation: plan actions to actively contribute to improve the Company reputation

  • Internal Communications Employer Value Proposition; deliver branding campaigns and communications for talent engagement (Internal tools, Social Media channels, Events planning, …)

 Requirements:

  • 4/5 y experience within a HR team in a multinational company (retail experience welcome)

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • English fluent

  • Communication and media/ new media expert

  • Very organised person

  • Flexible, solid
