A leading Global consultng Firm is looking for the Manager - Expert in Life Insurance Business Process

Mission of the position:

Developing the Northern Italy Life Insurance Services Line of a Global Technology Services Group 

Key Accontabilities:

  • Design and Implementation of Life Insurance Core Business Process Reengineering projects
  • Commercial Offer design and Product Catalog solution's Implementation
  • Project Management Office
  • Market Analysis and segmentation
  • Digital processes Transformation

 The successful candidate will have a mindset to proactively and energetically work to enhance the performance of the company in the life insurance market. 

Expertise 

  • Degree level qualified

  • Ideally/ Preferably 8 years of experience both in consulting and life insurance companies
  • Extensive experience in leading large-scale IT transformation programs and related budget
  • Expertise in managing multi-disciplinary IT teams
  • Experience leading multi-site, multi-system IT service and teams
  • Experience in start up and/or growth environment preferable
  • Interpersonal/communication skills to present at senior management
  • Fluent in italian (it is mandatory) and English
