A leading Global consultng Firm is looking for the Manager - Expert in Life Insurance Business Process
Mission of the position:
Developing the Northern Italy Life Insurance Services Line of a Global Technology Services Group
Key Accontabilities:
- Design and Implementation of Life Insurance Core Business Process Reengineering projects
- Commercial Offer design and Product Catalog solution's Implementation
- Project Management Office
- Market Analysis and segmentation
- Digital processes Transformation
The successful candidate will have a mindset to proactively and energetically work to enhance the performance of the company in the life insurance market.
Expertise
- Degree level qualified
- Ideally/ Preferably 8 years of experience both in consulting and life insurance companies
- Extensive experience in leading large-scale IT transformation programs and related budget
- Expertise in managing multi-disciplinary IT teams
- Experience leading multi-site, multi-system IT service and teams
- Experience in start up and/or growth environment preferable
- Interpersonal/communication skills to present at senior management
- Fluent in italian (it is mandatory) and English
